원격제어 화질이 좋지 않아요 |

안녕하세요. 쭉돌입니다.
ZOOK은 원격제어를 대기한곳이나 접속한쪽의 둘중 하나이상의 공인IP일경우 최단거리로 P2P로 접속 되도록 설계 되어져 있습니다. 부득이 양쪽다 사설IP이거나 방화벽 환경에 P2P접속이 되지 않을 경우에는 자동으로 저희가 제공하는 경유(릴레이)서버를 통해 경유(릴레이) 접속이 됩니다. 경유 접속일때는 약간 딜레이 및 화질 저하가 생길 수 있습니다.
저희가 제공하는 경유서버는 동시에 수천명이 사용하기 때문에 네트워크 전송량을 줄이기 위해 약간의 손실압축을 해서 전송을 합니다. 경유접속에 의해 손실 압축이 될 경우 화질이 약간은 떨어지도록 설계되어져 있습니다. 여러사람이 동시에 저희 서버를 사용하기 위해 부득이한 조치이므로 많은 다른 사용자를 위해 널리 양해해주시기를 바랍니다.
경유 접속인 경우 둘중 한쪽만 공인IP이어도 자동으로 P2P접속이 되어 손실되지 않은 깨끗한 화면을 보실 수 있습니다. 깨끗한 화면을 보시기를 원하시면 둘중 한쪽이라도 공인IP에서 ZOOK을 실행시키면 됩니다.
